A pair of green and frosted glass table lamps, rewired for the United States. An outer cylinder with green base and etched shade shows figures joining hands. The inner shade rests inside further diffusing light through opaque green glass.
These table lamps were produced in the Swedish region known as the Kingdom of Crystal, by the famed design house of Kosta Boda. Kosta Boda pieces are displayed in the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Brooklyn Museum among others.
